The PolySwitch BD280 bladed device offers resettable overcurrent protection for automotive applications that use 12V battery systems. Some applications that use 12V battery systems are harness wire, outlets, electric motors, and automotive & heavy truck circuit protection. The new PolySwitch bladed contact device features a 2.8 mm form factor to facilitate easy, one-to-one replacement of mini-sized fuses and Type II bimetal circuit protection devices in 12V vehicle systems.
